Sign of the apocalypse

The world is coming to an end babes!

Guess what the most popular sound-track in New Zealand was, a song that is audible only to dogs.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/7250360.stm

No wonder they are saying that the world is going to the dogs. :)

Solution to dreaminess.

Behold the dream cathcher. It is a Red-Indian concept.

"As legend goes, the Dream Catcher is hung in the lodge near the sleeping area. Its purpose is to catch all dreams, good or bad. The bad dreams caught in the webbing would be burned off by the mornings' first light. The good dreams caught know thier way to the hole in the center and filter down into the feathers. They are held there to be dreamed another night."

But we will have to make do with the photo till I can get you the real thing. :)

"Straight from my heart.."

"Hey only fools rush in and only time will tell..
..If we stand the test of time"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHatmYtyJhk

May be the medium (hard rock) is slighlty off-beat, but the message is nevertheless so relevant. :)

Your inspiration......

I think I messed up the presentation & some of the proportions, but the food was yummy! (If I might say so myself)
Thanks to your easy & innovtive recipes. :)

Four Seasons of Love?

Snapshots in time....

Spring/Summer

Winter

Late Fall/ Winter

Fall

I guess the institution of marriage can learn a lot from the weather.

Sure there will be a lot of great days, filled with joy & love. But there will also be the dark, gloomy and rainy days. Some days you just don’t feel like facing the elements.

But it is always there, just like love ought to be. And only lasting apathy & neglect can mess this up (aka global warming). But the solution also lies completely in our hands (go green!) & requires us to make it work together, no unilateral solution can help.

And you have to know that another great day is just around the corner, which will make it all worthwhile. Now & forever…..
