Simple Dudhi

One of my favorite recipes...

Saute.. Hinge (asefotida) mori ( Mustard seeds) and mirchi

Add ginger garlic paste.. and little cinnamon.

Add copped dudhi.. .

salt and milk..

Cook till.. milk tickens and dudhi is well cooked.

Using Jeera instead of mustard gives better results.
